As concerns about COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus, spread across the globe, community members right here in the Southwest Metro are stepping up. 

Below is a list of local resources, including free lunches for kids who are out of school, restaurants offering curbside pickup, guidance from local authorities and more.

Lunds & Byerlys is offering extended hours, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., every day. The company asks shoppers to reserve the first hour of opening (7-8 a.m.) for shoppers who are at a higher risk of severe illness by COVID-19, including the elderly and those who are immunocompromised.

The Eden Prairie Community Foundation has created a COVID-19 Response Fund to administer grants to local organizations that provide essential services in our community.

Grace Church is offering online services, online resources for kids and students and online options for those looking to help.

Pinwheel Play is offering some classes and storytime for kids online.

Top Dog Country Club is offering daycare with discounted curbside pickup and delivery of your dog. 

Minnesota Gardens is offering several services, including delivery, special hours for seniors, curbside pickup and more.
