Meet Paloma

Ditch the margaritas and try a paloma this summer.

The favorite cocktail of Mexico is not the margarita, but the paloma.

Serves 1

  • Kosher salt
  • 1 grapefruit wedge
  • ¼ cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ¼ cup tequila
  • Ice
  • ¼ cup club soda

Pour some kosher salt on a plate. Rub the rim of a highball glass with a grapefruit wedge; dip the rim in salt. Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice and sugar in glass; stir until sugar is dissolved.
