Sunday Fun Day Bloody Mary
Hopper’s Bar & Grill
Kick-start your week with a super-sized Bloody Mary Sunday special. Generous trimmings droop over a long skewer precariously balanced on top of the glass.
Picture a celery stick, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomato, olive, piece of steak, shrimp, pretzel rod, pepper jack cheese, pickled green bean, pickled asparagus and peppers—to name a few. Any savory food that can be speared is probably represented here. The smorgasbord on a stick caps a spicy Bloody Mary mix with a distinct garlic punch. A foamy beer chaser completes the drink. “It’s truly an awesome experience,” says Dan Precht, co-owner.
Other stand-out specialties include 50 cents off any drink in a daily happy hour from bar opening until 6 p.m. Bloody Mary $8.50 during happy hour (all day until 6 p.m.) on Sundays.

Cuzzy’s Brick House
Unique to Cuzzy’s, the totchos—a delightful mess of tater tots smothered in cheese and pico de gallo—are designed to share during happy hour. The playful take on ordinary nachos is only available during happy hour. Wash them down with a beverage— basic taps and bottled beer, $3; rail drinks, $3, and house wine, $5—from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Early birds get another super deal: Any drink is two-for-one during early happy hour from 3 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. “The prices are very reasonable,” says manager Jessica Eggert. “Everything is fresh and nothing is frozen. We make everything to order, and I think that’s why people enjoy it.” Totchos $5.99. Add chicken or beef $2.

Start your weekend celebrations early: All draft beer is $3 on Thursdays all day long. Choose from a long line of beer taps—a rotating selection of 44 draft brews. Customers also enjoy the patio and great live music, according to bar manager Mike Palmer.
Even if if’s not a happy Thursday, Champps’ daily happy hour runs from 3 to 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. to close Monday through Friday, and 10 p.m. to close on weekends.

Daily Happy Hour
The daily happy hour brings in quite a few regulars, according to Steve Weinzierl, general manager.
With specials on draft beer, well cocktails, house wines and appetizers, happy hour runs from 3 to 6 p.m. A changing list of deals is available in the inside bar area only.
Still, you may want to move the party outside during good weather. An expansive deck offers soothing lake views and colorful sunsets. “The waves splash underneath the patio so you can’t get any closer to the lake,” says Weinzierl. “The lake obviously is a huge draw.” Lola’s even has a 100-slip marina to dock your boat.

Beer-Battered Onion Rings
Fuel up your party with the huge, baseball-sized onion rings at Tavern 4&5. Housemade craft beer batter seals in savory onion aroma as the sliced onions are deep fried to a tender crisp. A short stack of three onion rings makes an ample, shareable appetizer. Dress them up with bacon ketchup available by special request.
Happy hour times extend from 3-6 p.m. daily with a late night happy hour from 9-11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Get $1 off any pint of beer, and $2 off cocktails and glasses of wine. Onion rings, $4.

The restaurant also offers 30 tap beers for $2 off from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Late-night happy hour runs from 10 p.m. to midnight daily. Red and white house wines are also $2 off, and rail cocktails are two for one. Scotch eggs, $8.95.
