To show his support for Yia’s upcoming restaurant Vinai, James Beard finalist and acclaimed chef Jorge Guzman will team up with Yia for a private dinner with two seatings featuring a collaborative menu. A portion of the sales of this event will benefit Children’s Minnesota Hematology Oncology.

The 4 elements of Hmong food—Rice, Proteins, Veggie/Broth and Hot Sauce—in a "family style" dinner that showcases the ethos of Vinai.

- Grilled Striped Bass with smoked tomato chili sauce
- Smoked Hmong BBQ Pork
- Cucumber Salad with tamarind vinaigrette
- Char Broccoli
- Grilled Carrots w/ Indian Curry
- Purple sticky rice.
Served with Tiger Bite Hot Sauce, Mama Vang's Hot Sauce and Lemongrass Ginger Sauce.
