Theatre 301 at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, Excelsior, MN is pleased to present the classic, beloved play by Joseph Kesselring, “Arsenic and Old Lace” on October 9, 10, and 11, 2015 with Director, Joan Olson and Assistant Director, Doug Affinito.

You don’t want to miss this farcical black comedy centered around Mortimer Brewster, a drama critic contemplating marriage as he deals with his crazy family - two charming, seemingly innocent aunts who make their own elderberry wine, one uncle who thinks he's Teddy Roosevelt, and another uncle with a murderous past!  Written in 1939, “Arsenic and Old Lace” premiered on Broadway in 1941, but it has become best known through the film adaptation starring Cary Grant and directed by Frank Capra.
