The Waconia Chamber of Commerce hosts its 6th annual scarecrow tour from October 10–20. The tour is designed to showcase local businesses throughout Waconia, says Chamber of Commerce president Kellie Sites. Each year, participating businesses design a scarecrow and place it outside their shop.
