HERO Dog Product Launch

HERO, a new Minnetonka-based pet product company is launching a line of “HERO” products to raise awareness, money and hope for rescue dogs.  The company, which will donate a percentage of profits to rescue dog causes, is launching the brand through a crowdfunding IndieGoGo campaign that kicks off February 22 at Bubbly Paws at Excelsior and Grand.

Nature Rocks! Outdoor Center Open House

Getting cabin fever from avoiding cold days outdoors? Head to the Eden Prairie Outdoor Center for the regular Nature Rocks! event and burn off a little of that excess energy. Tails for Reading

Cuddling up with a puppy has a lot of benefits, and the Tails for Reading program introduces yet another: greater confidence in reading. Stop by the Chaska Library, where elementary school-aged children can read aloud to specially-trained therapy dogs for fifteen-minute sessions to help them practice reading skills. February Festival

Kick off February with some family fun at the February Festival on Lake Ann. Tap into your inner fisherman and settle down at one of over 1,000 holes drilled in the lake ice, take a spin on the sledding hill, or lace up your skates for some open ice skating time.
