Started five years ago in Oakland, Calif., Plaid Friday encourages consumers to put their holiday gift dollars back into the local economy by shopping at stores in their own communities. Frankie’s Friends, a foundation that helps financially strapped families with the cost of lifesaving veterinary care for their pets, is hosting a clay shoot on Saturday,April 25, at The Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club in Prior Lake with special guest shooter-- Minnesota's own Laura Schara. Vito is a an 18 month old superhero fighting medullablastoma. He is an amazing little boy. Through the help of his superhero capes he gains energy to fight this terrible disease. Vito's father is Tsgt Matthew Skaro with the Air force and his mother Nicole is a real estate agent in Waconia. Vito has 3 brothers; Dom, Vinny, and Luca. We are asking that the community come together to help with the financial burden and join as at Vito's Fundraiser.
