Emily Program & Foundation to host Unmasked Gala

This second annual event is dedicated to unmasking the secrecy, stigma and shame associated with eating disorders.

The event will benefit the Emily Program & Foundation and its mission to save lives, change minds and eliminate eating disorders. Through seminars, forums and outreach, the Foundation increases awareness for eating disorders, obesity, and body image issues among adults and young people. In addition, it funds citizen lobbying and public policymaking efforts, as well as advocates for greater access to care, research and improved prevention methods.

Gala in the Gardens

Celebrate Minnesota’s late summer weather and help raise money for the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum at the annual Gala in the Gardens. Kidney Kindness Fundraiser

Friends and family of the Shiues and Browns are hosting a fundraiser to cover the cost of a kidney transplant and ancillary costs not covered by insurance. Find their full story below or online at kidneykindness.com

S.M.A.R.T.'s Petstember Fest!

Come join us at Petstember Fest at The Pointe in Prior Lake! All proceeds benefit the Southern Minnesota Animal Rescue Team. Events include a silent auction, raffle, and a Minnesota Vikings Cheerleader appearance!

Proceeds from this event will help S.M.A.R.T. to rescue and rehabilitate companion animals in need that other groups may overlook.

The third annual Laugh Out Loud Twin Cities (LOLTC), fundraiser for Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare will be held Saturday, September 27 at the Hilton Hotel, 1001 Marquette Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Chloe's Fight 5k Toga Run/Walk presented by Taste of Greece Festival

What could be better than an invigorating walk or toga run around beautiful Lake Calhoun on a Friday evening? A beautiful course with baklava and Greek dancing at the end, of course!  For the 2nd year, Chloe’s Fight is partnering with the Taste of Greece, Twin City’s largest celebration of Greek culture. So join us on September 5th and receive complimentary food/drink tickets to the Taste of Greece. Bring your child early for the Kid’s Toga Run at 6:45PM (kids togas are provided).
