Whether you’re trying to pull together a birthday party or looking for a last minute Valentine’s gift, Nothing Bundt Cakes (8435 Joiner Way, Eden Prairie) is a perfect place to cover your bases with something sweet, a small gift and a card.

The Eden Prairie bakery serves up bundt cakes in a variety of sizes, including bite-sized bundtinis ($16.50 for a dozen), single-serving bundtlets ($3.99), 8-inch cakes ($18.50–$29.50) and 10-inch cakes ($28.50–$39.50). The cakes come in 10 different flavors, including this month’s feature chocolate turtle, as well as classics like lemon, red velvet and carrot. Each cake is topped with the bakery’s signature cream cheese frosting. “Once people taste the cake, they come back,” says Nothing Bundt Cakes co-owner Jill Tullemans, of Eden Prairie. “The cakes speak for themselves.”
