Drink: Raise a Glass of Blended Bliss

Pisco Sour
3 oz. Capel Premium pisco
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 tsp. egg white
ice cubes
Infuse clove bitters
Combine the pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture, and pour it into a glass. Garnish with several dashes of bitters and serve.
