With summer just around the corner, it is time to break out the limes and make one of the freshest, tastiest Mojitos ever. It makes your mouth water just thinking about this one.
Prichard’s Key Lime Mojito
2 oz. Prichard’s Key Lime Rum
1 oz. of simple syrup
1 fresh lime (squeezed)
2 sprigs of fresh mint
Gently press fresh mint leaves in a glass, just enough to release the essential oils. Add simple syrup and lime juice. You can adjust the lime and simple syrup proportions as necessary to get exactly the sugar/acid balance that suits your tastes. Then add Prichard’s Key Lime Rum, ice and a splash of club soda as desired. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges.
