After years of driving miles to take and teach yoga classes, Jennifer Fahler, of Carver, decided to take matters into her own hands. The mother of two worked as a group fitness and a yoga instructor for fun in addition to her full-time job when she decided to stretch in a different direction. She left her corporate job and opened Good & Twisted Yoga in Chaska this year. The new yoga studio has two classrooms, a community space and two locker rooms with complimentary towel service. Good & Twisted offers hot vinyasa flow and hatha yoga classes, as well as prenatal yoga, classes for children, a men’s only class and more. Students new to the studio get a free week of unlimited classes, and can purchase 5, 10 or 20 class packs or pay for a monthly membership of unlimited classes.
