Coffee, Irish cream and pumpkin pie spices make a seasonal dessert drink.
This is the perfect dessert for those of us who are too full for pie after Thanksgiving dinner.
- 2 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey’s or Carolans)
- 4 oz. espresso or strongly brewed coffee
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Cinnamon stick
- Whipped cream
Combine Irish Cream and pumpkin pie spice in a mug. Pour in coffee and stir. Top with a dollop of lightly sweetened whipped cream (optional) and a cinnamon stick.
