We’ll admit it: Sometimes it’s difficult to pick a salad for lunch when there’s an array of sandwiches and pasta dishes to be had.

 

The Waconia Criterium is the final day of cycling in a three-day racing event beginning in Watertown and crossing through Lester Prairie. Part of the Minnesota Memorial Classic (MMC), this race held from May 25 to 27, is open to all skill levels, and has a variety of races for men and women.
