Playworks Winter Wonderland Party

Enjoy the wintry weather from the warmth and comfort of the
Playworks Atrium! Bring the whole family down to Playworks on February 17 for
their Winter Wonderland Party and enjoy an afternoon of snow-themed fun. With
activities ranging from slide relays and snowball toss to “pin the carrot on
the snowman” and snowflake crafts, your kids will be able to expend their
cooped-up energy in a fun, productive way—without getting chilled to the bone.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and children ages 4-12 may be dropped off.

Oktoberfest and Halloween Fun at Heidi's GrowHaus!

Heidi's GrowHaus celebrates Harvest and Halloween in one, free, family-friendly Oktoberfest event on Saturday, 10/28, from Noon - 4:00 PM. Pumpkin-carving contests with prizes, pumpkin bowling games, live music, food and drink from the Strudel Haus food truck, and ongoing food fermentation, preservation and cider-pressing demonstrations. Santa and Albert's Holiday Play at Bachman's on Lyndale

Albert the Elf has been admiring the skills of his favorite superheroes and is eager to become one himself! But when Super Rudolph - a popular Christmas toy and Albert's desired sidekick - is in high demand and short supply, Albert's superhero dreams are at risk. Will our favorite elf get everything he wants this Christmas, or give up on his dream and turn in his cape? For more than 30 years, it has been a beloved Bachman's tradition to host an annual holiday play. 

Pumpkin Nights Comes to the Twin Cities

From the creators of The Color Run comes Pumpkin Nights, a one mile long walking path with 12 worlds of marvelous art and Halloween fun, lined with over 3,000 hand-carved pumpkins in larger than life displays. Launching in Twin Cities at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds on Friday, October 14, Pumpkin Nights will be open for 18 days until Halloween Day—Monday, October 31.

Russian Nutcracker 2015

The Academy of Russian Ballet presents its Fourteenth Annual dance production of The Nutcracker classical Ballet in the Minneapolis area. This authentically Russian classical version of the holiday Fairytale is performed by Academy of Russian Ballet dancers.
Academy of Russian Ballet Nutcracker performance is faithful to the original enduring Marius Petipa choreography.

Family Day at the Ordway Center for Performing Arts

Spark a love of the arts in your child with a day full of live music and opportunities for your toddlers and grade school children to explore different instruments. Game On! Life Size Pac-Man Game for Teens

Pac-Man is a game that has withstood the test of time. Generations alike join together in appreciating this simple, yet thrilling game. Tot Time Sweetheart Dance

Dancing is a great way to let loose and release energy. Bring your toddler to this sweetheart dance for preschoolers and their parents. Do the hokey pokey and other fun dances.
