Chocolate: Creative and Luscious Recipes

Most of us are familiar with Dr. Gary Chapman’s Five Love Languages. There was one love language Dr. Chapman missed, however—chocolate. Paired with red wine, covering strawberries or flowing freely from a fountain, chocolate is America’s favorite mood-lifting, endorphin-releasing super food. Spend the morning in a workshop dedicated entirely to chocolate, led by Kris James, culinary instructor and chef. Work in a group to create delectable chocolate treats such as white chocolate and basil mousse and chocolate and goat cheese truffles. Limit 20. Registration required.
