Get ready to benefit the preservation of our historic Basilica by rocking its socks right off. The positive and poppy Jason Mraz, Scottish electro-pop stars CHVRCHES and Semisonic of “Closing Time” fame promise an eclectic but fully danceable weekend. 

Aquatennial Celebrations

Kick off the week of celebrations with Minnesota’s largest nighttime parade along Hennepin Avenue, marvel at the Twin Cities River Rats as they perform entertaining tricks on the water, up your fitness game and partake in the Torchlight 5k or sit back and watch in awe at one of the top five annual firework displays in the nation on Saturday evening. With a wide range of events, there is something fit for all shapes and sizes.

Mayer CAST to perform "Mary Poppins"

JULY 25-28 — The Mayer Community Arts/Summer Theatre (Mayer CAST) production of Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s “Mary Poppins” will be held at the Mayer Lutheran Fine Arts Center at Mayer Lutheran High School (305 5th Street NE, Mayer) at 7 p.m. July 25-27 and at 2 p.m. on July 28. Patty Peterson Presents Jazz Women All Stars During TC Jazz Fest - June 21

The Jazz Women All Stars will be at Crooners Supper Club on June 21 at 7:30. CD Release Concert: 'The Songwriters and Musicians of Carver County' Volume V

Head to the Arts Consortium of Carver County Friday, June 7 to celebrate the talented songwriters and musicians of the area. The consortium will host a CD release party for Volume V ofThe Songwriters and Musicians of Carver County.

Performing at the concert will be Bob Mueller, Holly Holldorson, Tara B, Ted Hajnasiewicz, Tom Bright, Tanecsha Jones, Yvette Nelson and Blue Skies Band.
