Don’t stop at Cinco de Mayo—sip this devilish cocktail all month long.

El Diablo

1 1/2 oz. Corralejo Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz. crème de cassis
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
2–3 oz. Q Ginger Beer
Lime wedge
Fresh blackberry (optional)

Combine tequila and crème de cassis with ice; shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Top with ginger beer, squeeze the lime wedge and garnish.
