Many different country clubs claim to be the inventor of this easy-to-drink summer cocktail. We have taken a hand-me-down version of the Somerset Country Club bootleg recipe and amped it up with premium gin for a refreshing summer treat.
12 oz. lemonade concentrate
12 oz. limeade concentrate
2 cups fresh mint leaves
1 shot of North Shore Distiller’s No. 6 gin
Lime slice for garnish
Combine the mint leaves, lemonade and limeade concentrate in a blender and mix until smooth. Combine ice, one shot of gin and club soda to taste in a Tom Collins glass, and then pour one shot of the mint citrus blend over the top and stir. Garnish with a slice of lime.
