Adult Butterbeer

Try this delicious treat on a windy March night.
  • 1 1/2 oz. Jefferson’s Very Small Batch Bourbon
  • 1 oz. buttered brown sugar simple syrup (recipe below)
  • 4 oz. apple cider
  • 2 oz. Q Ginger Beer
  • Dash of Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
  • Ice

Buttered brown sugar simple syrup: Combine 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. When cool, add in 1 tsp. butter extract and stir. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Butterbeer method: Combine all ingredients and stir.
